Eliana Farias – Facilitator

Eliana Farias contributes more than 15 years of professional expertise in the Los Angeles Unified School District to facilitating programs for True Success Education. Most recently, as Arts Director, she coordinated arts events for 30 LAUSD high schools that participated in the Take Action Leadership Campaign. Previously, she was a multi-subject teacher at Hooper Avenue Elementary in Los Angeles, where she also provided classes in English and basic education for parents after school.

Concurrently, Eliana served as a Workshop Facilitator with the EduCare Foundation, teaching interpersonal skills such as leadership, self-esteem, and character development through interactive workshops for the students, staff, and parents of numerous LAUSD middle and high schools.

She holds a Masters in Psychology from University of Santa Monica, a Multi-Subject Teaching Credential from Cal State Dominguez Hills University, and a BA in American Literature from UCLA.
